Mike began his career at Morse Diesel in 1972 upon graduating from California State University Long Beach. He then co-founded Turelk, Inc. with his partner Mike Paselk in 1978. Since that time Mike has been responsible for the daily operations of the firm. He works closely with the Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimating and Accounting Departments to insure the proper execution of all job functions. Mr. Turi is also very involved in providing pre-construction services as a Project Executive on many projects. His ability to provide conceptual estimates and value engineering is unsurpassed in the industry. His hands on approach to many of the projects undertaken by Turelk, Inc. enables him to constantly monitor the market for current pricing, lead times and labor availability.

Mike Paselk also began his career at Morse Diesel in 1975. Upon co-founding the firm with Mike Turi, he took on the responsibility of all sales, marketing and strategic planning. His hard work and persistence has enabled Turelk, Inc. to consistently reach our $100-million plus volume. He is responsible for securing such well respected clients as The Irvine Company, Equity Office, Kilroy Realty, American Career College and many others. Maintaining on-going relationships with the top brokers, architects, construction managers and developers in Southern California continues to be his forte. Mike works as the project executive on the majority of Turelk’s projects and provides valuable alternative project solutions.
